Terms of Use
Rules for using the site and participating in the Unreal Motion Lab community.
1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Use govern access to Unreal Motion Lab, the community, publications, voice rooms, support, and other site features. By using the site, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Account
You must provide a valid email address, keep your password secure, and not transfer your account to third parties. Actions performed through an account are treated as actions of its owner unless proven otherwise.
3. Acceptable use
The site is intended for lawful professional communication and the exchange of knowledge and materials related to development and Unreal Engine.
Prohibited activities include violating law or third-party rights; threats, harassment, or discrimination; spam or fraud; malicious code; attempts to bypass security; collecting others' data without permission; publishing pirated materials or links to counterfeit content; and impersonating another person.
4. User content
You retain rights to content you create and confirm that you have the right to publish it. By posting content, you grant the site owner a non-exclusive right to store, technically process, display, and distribute it as necessary to operate and promote the service.
5. Moderation
We may review, hide, or remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate account access for violations of these Terms, security risks, rights-holder complaints, or legal requirements. Measures may be taken without prior notice where delay would create a risk.
6. Intellectual property
The site's design, software code, branding, and owner-provided materials are protected by intellectual-property law. Use beyond normal interaction with the site requires permission from the rights holder.
7. Third-party services and links
The site may contain links to and integrations with third-party services. Their availability, content, and rules are controlled by their respective owners. You use third-party services at your own discretion.
8. Service availability
The service is provided “as is.” We aim to keep it stable but do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted availability or suitability for every individual expectation. Features may be changed, temporarily limited, or discontinued for maintenance and development.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site owner is not liable for indirect losses, loss of data or profit, actions of other users, or consequences of using third-party materials. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Termination
You may stop using the site and request account deletion. Provisions concerning intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution continue where their nature requires them to survive termination.
11. Changes to the Terms
These Terms may be updated. Continued use of the site after a new version is published constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires separate consent.
12. Contact
Questions about these Terms and reports of violations should be sent to support@unrealmotionlab.pro.
